When you visit our websites, your browser automatically transmits the following data:

- The operating system of your terminal device
- The date and duration of your visit
IP addresses used for malicious behavior (DDoS attacks, brute force attacks and the like) are stored and blocked by us.
The temporary storage of this data is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your computer and to ensure the functionality of the website. We also use this data to gain statistical insights into how our web pages are used. In addition, we collect the data in order to be able to trace and prevent unauthorized access to the web server and misuse of the web pages and to secure our information technology systems.
We temporarily store this data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO). Our legitimate interest is to achieve the purposes described above.
Storage period and control options:
The data is deleted when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes.

In the following, we inform you about what data is collected and processed when you use our "Testmap for Jira" product, for what purposes and by which recipients this data is processed, on what legal basis the data processing takes place, and when the data is deleted.
We use solutions and technologies provided by Mixpanel Inc, One Front Street, 28th Floor, San Francisco CA 94111, USA ("Mixpanel"). The implementation of these solutions and technologies within our software "Testmap for Jira" follows a strict privacy-by-design approach.
However, usage events are also transmitted, which in part provide information about or allow conclusions to be drawn about the user(s) triggering an event. We have ensured that data storage takes place entirely within the EU.
Mixpanel is an analytics service that allows DigITup to analyze the usage behavior of our customers in aggregated form and thus enables the targeted improvement of the product based on the collected usage data.
The usage is based on our legitimate interest of continuous product development and improvement according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO.
The data transferred to Mixpanel is deleted on a regular basis.

In the following, we inform you about which data is collected and processed when you contact us (mail or chat), for which purposes and by which recipients this data is processed, on which legal basis the data processing takes place and when the data is deleted.
We collect and process the data you provide, such as your contact details, name and request, when you contact us via email or chat. All data that you transmit to us is encrypted and transmitted between your browser and our server.
We use the communication service of Intercom, Inc. 55 2nd St, 4th Fl., San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you click the Intercom button, your browser establishes a direct connection with Intercom's servers and the data you entered in the contact form is stored there. We receive a notification from Intercom that a contact request has been received and respond to it.
In addition, we use Google Workspace as a solution for internal and external communication. For example, when you send us an email to our support mailbox, it is stored and processed in a Workspace (Gmail) mailbox. These accesses are made by contractual regulations on the basis of an appropriate level of data protection. When using the Workspace, it cannot be ruled out that the relevant employees of the partner Google Inc. (USA) or its subsidiaries as well as subcontractors may become aware of this data. Consequently, the data will also be collected, processed and used in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Data processing is carried out by our customer service exclusively on the basis of and for the purpose of processing your request.
We process your data in order to carry out pre-contractual and contractual measures in response to your request (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO).
We store your data for as long as we need it for the specific processing purpose, for warranty purposes or to comply with legal retention periods.
Intercom:Your data will be automatically deleted by Intercom after 9 months of inactivity. For more information, please see Intercom's privacy policy.
You may revoke any consent you may have given for the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. Please note that the revocation has no effect on the lawfulness of the previous data processing and that it does not extend to data processing for which there is a legal reason for permission and which may therefore also be processed without your consent.

To delete your personal data: Please note, excluded from deletion is data that we need for the performance and execution of contracts and for the assertion, exercise and defense of legal claims, as well as data for which there are legal, supervisory or contractual obligations to retain, Art. 17 DSGVO.
